Gladstone Engineering produce a range of extruders designed specifically for Industrial Plasticines or Modelling Clay.
G75D Modelling Clay Extruder
The G75D extruder uses a Duplex construction and is fitted with a vacuum chamber and high performance vacuum pump, this de-airs the modelling clay as it passes through the machine.
The key points that the G75D offers is that the unit can not only reclaim scrap and machined shavings in itself a considerable saving but the fact that it can produce a high quality de-aired clay enabling it to be used for initial laying up and in most cases applying a finishing layer such is the quality of the clay produced.

G75D Modelling Clay Extruder
G75B Batch Extruder
The G75B De-airing is a natural development of the well proven G75D it provides a compact solution where space is a premium.
The G75B is a Batch recycling extruder it provides clay of equal quality to its bigger brother but in a more compact unit ,the G75B process batches of clay which is loaded into the feed chute then the unit will recycle the set amount of clay under vacuum which is then extruded in heated form ready for use.
