May we introduce our G75D and G75B extruders, (pugmills).
Gladstone Engineering produce a range of extruders designed specifically for Industrial Plasticines or Modelling Clay.
The extruders were designed with the assistance of styling studios and were made to work exclusively with Modelling clay and operate in studio environments.
These modelling clay machines will give your modellers clay of exceptional quality.
The clay as it goes through our machine is heated to the desired temperature, it is also fully de-aired in most cases ready to apply straight onto your model. Not only will your modellers be pleased with the clay produced but your accountants will be extremely happy with the savings acquired.

G75B Batch Extruder
G75 Series
The G75 series can process shavings, new clay bars, or broken up models all at the same time, this provides your modellers with continuous instant access to clay. As the G75 series has it’s own heater plates there is no need to clean the machine out when it is finished with for the day, it will start up it’s own heat cycle when switched on to heat the clay that is inside, so you don’t have to worry about cold clay in the body.
The savings will depend on the quantity of clay that you use and the amount that you can recycle, all recycled clay will be of exceptional quality, having first ensured that all foreign bodies are removed before recycling.
An Additional benefit through reclaiming the clay is the effect on the environment, saving on landfill costs and aiding environmental policies.
The G75 series are fully portable all you need is a suitable power supply.
The G75D is already in a lot of studios around the world from the UK to Europe to Asia, and our new G75B is also becoming extremely popular, being slightly smaller and more compact.
